I don't know alot about this issue but when idling I'm getting 2-3% cpu usage 29% Memory usage 0% Disk usage 0% network usage and 2-4% gpu usage. Then it just spikes, Audio sutters and the pc becomes really slow. When i reboot my computer it works fine for about a minute being buttery smooth. I've tested the fps on different games and it just felt slow, wierd and stuttery. I closed the game after seeing that the loading of objects was super slow. When i later started my games i got 5-10 fps instead of 60+ (ARMA 3). I launched my computer and instantly noticed delays in opening programs and moving application windows over the screen.

When i booted my computer last night it didn't really work as expected. I would take a screenshot of it, but I can't since everything is locked down.I've had my pc for about 1.5 years now and it has worked perfectly. Now I'm stuck again, waiting for it to check the files and it is taking forever. I re-entered the repo link and it notified me that there was an update. Today I was going to test it again, but the repo was gone. It finally finished checking the files and the download was fast. When launching anything new, it would take about 10 minutes before it opened (was googling what the problem might be).

It took well over 2 hours of it just sitting there. This all happens when I'm connected to the repository and it is checking the files.

Everything was running at minimal, with the exception of some higher HDD usage, which made sense. I couldn't see anything when I finally managed to open my task manager. I was trying to download the latest (very small) update and my computer was slowed to an absolute halt when using Arma3Sync. I admit I left it standing while I was watching some television, so I didn't notice anything. The initial download didn't pose any problems and I was able to download with no issues. I reinstalled the repository the other day to play with you guys. Arma3Sync checking files slows computer to a grind.
